Cancelling Your Order
At C5 Clothing we are happy to cancel your order and we will provide a full refund for your products that you ordered. If you do want to cancel your order, please do contact us within one hour from the purchase made, contact us via phone 02871348114 or email us at email@example.com . Please keep in mind once an order is dispatched you cannot cancel the order as it is simply too late.
Items that are being returned must be unworn and should have all tags attached, this includes labels and the original packaging. Please also not it is the customers responsibility to pay for posting parcels back to us, return address is stated below. We strictly only accept returns within 28 days.
Items should strictly have no marks, smell or have been washed, we will not accept any items that have been clearly worn and that are damaged.
Underwear will strictly not be acceptable to be returned due to health and hygiene purposes.
At C5 Clothing we will work asap to give a refund this can take up to 1-2 days to send out from our end, you will then receive a refund with a email stating your refund. Refunds being sent to your bank can vary depending on who you bank with.
