COVID-19 Delivery Status

C5 Clothing works with Royal Mail to deliver our products to you the customer. Royal Mail are currently prioritising COVID-19 Vaccination letters and test kits, Royal Mail are have reduced the amount of staff working in their offices so please bare in mind Royal Mail will deliver your parcel on time or as soon as they can, this may be one day delay. 

Standard United Kingdom Delivery 

Our Standard delivery will cost £3.00, this includes Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hours, parcels will normally arrive within 2-3 working days 

Royal Mail Tracked 24 hours will cost £6.00 

international Delivery 

Republic of Ireland - Parcels will arrive within 2-3 business working days costing £10

Rest of Europe - Parcels will arrive within 7 business working days costing £10

If Nobody is there to recieve the parcel Royal Mail will leave a Calling Card either stating that the parcel is left at a safe area at your address or left at a neighbour, if this is not the case Royal Mail will leave your Parcel at your local Post Office will you can either reschedule a delivery  using this link https://www.royalmail.com/receiving-mail/redelivery.

Cancelling Your Order


At C5 Clothing we are happy to cancel your order and we will provide a full refund for your products that you ordered. If you do want to cancel your order, please do contact us within one hour from the purchase made, contact us via phone 02871348114 or email us at info@c5clothing.com . Please keep in mind once an order is dispatched you cannot cancel the order as it is simply too late.


Returns Policy


Items that are being returned must be unworn and should have all tags attached, this includes labels and the original packaging. Please also not it is the customers responsibility to pay for posting parcels back to us, return address is stated below. We strictly only accept returns within 28 days.


Items should strictly have no marks, smell or have been washed, we will not accept any items that have been clearly worn and that are damaged.


Underwear will strictly not be acceptable to be returned due to health and hygiene purposes.


At C5 Clothing we will work asap to give a refund this can take up to 1-2 days to send out from our end, you will then receive a refund with a email stating your refund. Refunds being sent to your bank can vary depending on who you bank with.
